    This is a great place for a hearty, tasty meal. Great soups, salads and sandwiches. Very large portions, reasonable prices and great, friendly service.

    Kind attentive staff & the first McAllister’s that has correctly made my food! Also I absolutely love that they employ people with special needs. That is amazing. I will give this place my business forever.

    Honestly one of the best McAlisters I have ever been to! I’m not proud to admit that I eat here enough that they have memorized my order- but they do really care about costumer satisfaction. Anytime I’ve had an issue, even something as small as not enough chips to queso ratio, they’ve always assisted and quickly at that. I also really appreciate seeing the restaurant owner assist when they’re slammed, as after eating here I’m disappointed when I don’t see other restaurant managers assisting their staff instead of just managing. Seems like a really good work environment as all the staff works hard and it reflects well in the customer service they give! Also the food has never let me down! 👌

    Service is good. Tea is awesome as usual. Food is not. The past several times I have gone, they have been out of spuds. I've ordered the 4 cheese griller several times and while the bread is fresh, the cheese is never melted. It's just sliced cheese on warm bread. I got the potato soup today, and it was barely warm. My husband got chicken tortilla and it was hot and steamy. My kids love it or I wouldn't keep coming. It's very frustrating.
